Scott Biron is a Master Fly Tyer and instructor for New Hampshire Fish & Game and is popular tying and instructing both nationally and internationally. He is a Master Artist in the NH Traditional Arts Program, with a strong interest in historical NH fly tyers and their lost patterns and has published, researched, instructed as well as demonstrated many of these lost NH fly patterns. Considered an expert on large group instruction and offers dozens of classes year-round. Scott is an Ambassador for the American Museum of Fly Fishing and a regular contributor to the Fly Dressers Guild Journal, The American Fly Fisher and the Atlantic Salmon Federation Journal. He is on the Pro Team with Partridge of Redditch, Sprite Hooks, HMH Vises and Ewing Feather Birds. Ewing has come out with a signature series line of feathers under Scott’s name. Scott enjoyed fishing for both trout and landlocked salmon in the northeast. He was an athletic trainer for 1978 Boston University Ice Hockey team when they won the NCAA Division 1 Hockey Championship.
